We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join the team to assist in the delivery of our performance reporting requirements on the RDP North Framework.

  • Collection of performance data from various sources across the Framework

  • Support in the preparation of performance data submissions, both for external and internal reporting requirements

  • Submit performance data into the monthly dashboards for circulation to key stakeholders

  • Advise and support team members with internal and external reporting processes

  • Maintain the 'Performance' section on the Framework's Smart Delivery Platform, ensuring all information is up to date

  • Working with the Performance Manager to analyse performance data and to identify improvement opportunities along with potential Lean Improvement Projects

  • Drive best practice and standards by working with peers to identify opportunities and drive consistencies

  • Working with the Performance Manager, manage the introduction of changes in reporting requirements including the launch of new performance metrics; ensuring robust contractual governance is achieved

  • Assist the Performance Manager with any audits relating to Performance Management

  • Ensure that successes, innovations, best practice, and lessons learned are fed back

  • Identify and make contributions to help improve team performance, You'll be a welcomed member of the wider team, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility, join one of our networks for women, military or LGBT+ staff, and participate in cultural and social events with the local community (e.g. as a STEM ambassador).

Candidate Description

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines, whilst paying attention to detail

  • Ability to take on multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Microsoft Excel, and Power BI

  • High attention to detail, high organisation and effective time management

  • Ability to think outside the box when problem-solving
