Our People at PwC team, within our People & Culture function, is the first point of contact for our employees and team leaders, delivering high quality advice on our people policies, processes and systems, while delivering an amazing customer experience.
Working within our high performing, fun and supportive Newcastle based team, your primary focus will be on ensuring our new employees to PwC Australia have a positive and seamless onboarding experience. In addition, your impact will be seen by:
Responding to a high volume of tier one HR queries on our people policies, processes and systems
Transactions including processing job changes, promotions, absence management and terminations
Supporting new hires and employee exit processes, life cycle event support, project event and restructuring support
General administration & ad hoc support - Investigation note taking, data quality activities, producing confirmation of service letters and processing vendor onboarding requests., Our culture and benefits are something we're proud of, and also the reason we've been named LinkedIn's #1 Australian workplace. To be successful in this role, you ideally have a HR administration background or are looking to start your HR career in a large corporate. You are comfortable working with complex systems in a fast paced environment.
To thrive in this role you will have excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritise effectively and work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders to build strong relationships along the way. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
