Adecco are currently recruiting for an Administration Clerk to work within a Pharmaceutical company in their patch testing division. The role will involve ensuring all orders within the department are processed and dispatched as well as responding to customer queries and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Processing of Patch Test orders - receiving orders throughout the day, using excel and Sage accounts system and preparing paperwork

·  Customer services - taking calls and queries

·  Stock Management - booking in stock, stock checks and monitoring stock levels.

·  Providing back-up support to the Patch Room assistant when need be - picking, scanning and packing orders

Key Skills and Qualities

·  Resilient and capable of working under pressure to deadlines

·  Good computing and IT skills - previous knowledge of Sage would be desirable

·  A team-player who is versatile and flexible

·  Organised and methodical.

·  Hard-working and proactive
