What will you be doing?
Order Creation in UK Technology is a function responsible for ensuring Vodafone's UK customer base can place orders for fixed services right first time. This role is responsible for the efficient processing of order requests from Sales and Customers into our delivery process in line with product and business rules. This includes new technologies and changes to legacy services.
Order Creation is often the first touch point for a customer, the right person for this role will have great product and process knowledge alongside excellent communication skills. You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team where operational activity and continuous improvement are equally important. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of some of Vodafone's largest scale opportunities and interface into teams such as product, commercial and design. This role is critical to enabling revenue and allows the person to develop their technical skills as part of the wider Access team.,
Right first-time order placement to agreed target
Request turnaround times submitted to agreed targets
Proactive and reactive query and process support to our internal Order Creation support functions
Sales and Customer process support
Role performed to agreed operational and continuous improvement objectives
An individual with Fixed Line experience (SD-WAN, IP-VPN, Ethernet)
Stakeholder and customer relationship management
Experience of supporting Enterprise customers
Ownership and drive for delivery
Excellent communication skills
Eligible for SC clearance
