Here at Serco we're helping the UK Government address the challenges posed by Coronavirus - and to actively support them in combating the spread of the disease we're now recruiting for an Operations Support Analyst to support the vital testing programme in the London and surrounding area.
Reporting to the Contract Director, this role will see you lead in developing requested ad-hoc reports in response to business requirements within an agreed SLA, including the use and/or development of an Exel tracker to ensure they are properly managed.
You will be responsible for the production of daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for performance, capacity and fututre mobilisation of Test Sites, deliver agreed regular Management Information that drives the organisation's strategy and decision making, support the Contract Director and Head of Operations and Plans in working with DHSC and lead in administrative support tasks and ad-hoc project requirements.
The role also demands regular communication with Site and Regional Managers to ensure complete and detailed capture oif requirements for the Operations and Plans Team.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Exel and Office tools, and able to work effectively on your own.
We are keen to hear from candidates with solid experience within a similar role from a fast paced operational environment.
