Securitas are recruiting for an Operations Support team to join the busy Milton Keynes hub. Working on a 7 on, 3 off, 7 on 4 off shift pattern - a variety of earlies, lates and weekends. Weekdays - 05:00am to 15:00pm / 13:00pm to 23:00pm Weekends - 05:00am to 17:00pm / 11:00am to 23:00pm As part of the Operations Support team you will have the duty of:

  • Being the fist point of contact for all security personnel, helping them with all of their queries.

  • Setting up new contracts on the system

  • Updating assignment instructions, site documentations and maintain customer information as required.

  • Accuratley rostering all officers to suffiiciently cover holidays, sicknes and absence.

  • Assisting with recruitment ensuring that staffing levels meet the agreed service levels and that all recruitment is completed in a timely manner in accordance with company policy and procedure.

  • Ensuring that training courses are arranged to meet service level agreements.

  • Ensuring all personnel have undertaken the appropriate training and have been issued with an SIA licence or LDN to meet industry requirements.

  • Providing administrative support for the appraisal and grievance procedure.

  • Assistign the management of all direct and indirect costs to ensure these match the requirements for the effective operation of the Branch.

  • Ensuring accuracy of all operational data; and regularly review and report on progress, highlighting any risk of significant variances as they arise, taking action where needed.

  • Supporting other Branches and support functions by sharing best practice

  • Engaging with clients and visiting client sites when needed.

  • Covering client sites if and when needed.

Candidate Description

  • Must have a full clean driving licence

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Excellent customer service, administration, people skills, time management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage a diverse workload with minimal supervision.
