Job Description

A selection of the Main Duties but not all.

  • Management of all Health and safety of the Interiors Team

  • Day to Day running of the Interiors Division

  • Financial control of the Division

  • Development of the interiors team including highlighting succession plans

  • Development of new Customers and existing customer base

  • Attend business critical meetings and have a strategic and operational view

  • Work closely with the Head of Operations

Candidate Description

  • Experience of working with clients in the interior plant industry preferred but not essential

  • Demonstrate good commercial awareness

  • Demonstrate previous experience of sales growth through good account management

  • Sound understanding of Customer Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators

  • Good PC skills and fluency with a range of PC packages

  • Ability to work to critical targets and deadlines

  • Able to work in a team as well as autonomously to a high level of accuracy

  • Good planning & organisational Skills

  • First class communication skills both written and spoken

  • Strong influencing skills

  • Flexibility and receptiveness to change

  • Considered and balanced decision maker

  • Excellent Health & Safety awareness
