Your Job As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be the key contact for the team in the daily business of food delivery. Without you, the operations won't run smoothly. You will be in charge of the following tasks:

• Ensuring everyone involved received the information and equipment needed for their job

• Resolving issues blocking the food delivery together with your colleagues

• Motivating everyone around you to hit the city records and meet service level agreements day by day

• Taking care of inventory and administration

Candidate Description

• 1+ years' experience in a relevant role (shift leader, floor manager, hospitality background)

• Experience of working in a team environment

• (Near-) native level of French & good level of English

• Working knowledge of Google Suite

• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with a range of colleagues

• A practical thinker with ideas on e.g. process improvements and employee engagement

• Able to work on irregular shifts: including weekends and evenings (until 00:00)
