Achieving your business objectives through operting efficiently and expanding the portfolio of services being delivered You will be leading a team of Call Handlers through your management team, managing performance of the Operations Centre through data, feedback and service levels. Growing the provision through acquiring new customer,s expanding existing contracts and minimising contract reductions and losses. How you will make an impact as a Security Operations Centre Manager: You will + Developing the Securitas Operations Centre service provision for customers and constantly improving and building on the service provision + Providing excellent service to internal customers, analysing performance and reporting back to the areas to improve the overall company performance + Ensuring adequate and appropriate training, advice and support is provided to make the team successful. + Managing & motivating the shift supervisors to ensure delegation and task management across the shift teams is consistent and to a high quality.
