Job Description

  • Maintain the computerised planned maintenance and asset management system including but not limited to processing planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks.

  • Ensuring planned preventative maintenance activities are consistently and concisely documented.

  • Coordinates all facility mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance activities.

  • Liaise with Contractors and third parties ensuring contractor attendance, compliance with site procedures and that maintenance tasks are notified to the business in a timely and professional manner.

  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly maintenance reports.

  • Provide reports and support to the Account Manager in achieving targets and KPI's.

  • Ensure maintenance management system is updated with all relevant information in a consistent and concise manner, and system is kept up to date and available for interrogation (Audits).

  • Comply with all CBRE Quality, Health & Safety Processes and Procedures and lead All internal & External H&S/Compliance Audits

  • The Maintenance Continuity Coordinator is to ensure that Vestas organization, buildings, machinery, equipment and other operating mechanisms are safe, adequate and functional.

  • Track, analyse and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilisation, maintenance cost, schedule compliance etc.

  • Coordinating with appropriate organisations and outside vendors for the delivery of Small Extra Works.

  • Cover Reception duties and Responsibilities conducting contractor inductions, overseeing the issuing and monitoring of Authorities to Work and High Risk Permits ,

  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by Account Manager

Candidate Description

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Experience of working in facilities or buildings maintenance, preferable.

  • Previous admin / customer service coordinators experience

  • Friendly, helpful and a team player

  • Good attention to detail

  • Experience in using a Computerised Maintenance Management System

  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, search engines)

  • A customer focused attitude
