Job Description

You will be responsible for producing and implementing best practice operational standards across multiple regional Control Rooms.

The role will be instrumental as we pursue the delivery of operational excellence across the UK Clients portfolio, and will be expected to advise, support the client in meeting their business, functional objectives.

You will advise, support, and lead the client/s vision in the delivery of operational compliance and excellence, while adding value to the client proposition across the portfolio.

This is a home-based role with the requirement to travel nationally, regions of London, South, South West and North West. You will receive £7,200 Car Allowance on top of your salary.

How will you make a difference as a National Manager of Securitas Operations?

  • You will coordinate services as per the client's requirements across each region, collaboration with Centre Managers and Regional Securitas operators to ensure the 'basics' are delivered and maintained throughout - Co-ordinating and joining people together is key to success.

  • You will be responsible for relationships among people, groups, or departments that have been aligned for the mutual benefit of the business and client to common purpose.

  • The role will cooperate with the client's partners to develop strong relationships to include (but not limited to) managing projects, managing co-workers and teamwork.

  • You will directly work in partnership with the client and teams across the business and have responsibility for and contribute to the overall strategic direction and operational performance across the Client portfolio - supporting customers to thrive.

  • The role will be thorough, using judgment to highlight any significant issues and put forward any recommendations and or innovation to help find an appropriate solution and so we never stand still, acting on our ideas and bring them to life.

  • Deliver great customer experience for all visitors creating a 'safe' environment across the clients UK portfolio. In addition, working collaboratively to influence and coordinate the required work across the portfolio.

    The successful candidate will be a 'people person' who values collaboration and inclusivity throughout their network and must have a 'client first' approach.

Candidate Description

  • Right to work in the UK and 5-year checkable history.

  • Hold a full driving licence and be prepared to travel.

  • Previous Management and Commercial Account Development experience.

  • Willingness to undertake further formal training and development, committed to self-development.

  • Excellent PC literacy, customer service skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

  • Honest, trustworthy, and professional with the ability to work with confidential information.

  • Able to coordinate services as per the client's requirements.

  • Excellent communicator & listener (both oral and written), with great leadership and problem solving skills.
