The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for relationships among people, groups, and departments that have been joined together for the mutual benefit of the Client and Business common purpose.
You will proactively work in partnership with teams across the business and have responsibility for the overall strategic direction and operational performance across the Portfolio - supporting our customers thrive.
This is a home-based role with the requirement to travel nationally, regions of London, South, South West and North West. You will receive £7,200 Car Allowance on top of your salary.
What impact will you have as a National Accounts Manager in Securitas?
You will be instrumental for growing the business and engaging clients to develop strong relationships.
Drive the Purpose Strategy through all levels of the business, ensuring that everyone understands the business purpose and supports the three main elements of Client Centricity, Innovation and Empowered People.
Manage projects, negotiate agreements, manage co-workers and teamwork, develop Commercial Account Plans to reach long-term goals that install account growth and client efficiencies.
Generate and implement quality and compliance processes, manuals specifically designed to install a consistent approach against each account.
Engage with the customer's organisation and decision makers, utilise business and industry skills to create new opportunities to accelerate mutual growth.
Gain a full understanding of the customer's business objectives, cultures & decision-making process, identify stakeholders & key decision makers, in depth knowledge of their purchasing strategy and competitive market.
Create a detailed and long-term account and engagement plan across the entire account and provide total account support focused on the service delivered to the customer, maximising customer satisfaction levels.
Support the Area Directors and Protective Services Branch Managers across the account to ensure excellent customer relationships at all levels.
Understand the financial and legal requirements of the Account, analyse, identify and create productivity and efficiency savings across the account for the benefit of the customer and Securitas.
Create effective working relationships between the different members of the virtual account team and undertake any other responsibilities provided by senior management.
Right to work in the UK and 5-year checkable history.
Hold a full driving licence and be prepared to travel.
Formal management qualification with evidence of Commercial Account Development experience.
Organisational Awareness - Industry, Competitor and Product/Service Knowledge.
Previous experience in Account Planning & Analysis, Solution Selling, Consulting & Negotiating, Training and Management.
Excellent communicator & listener (both oral and written), strategic thinker and create innovative solutions with a creative outlook.
Excellent at consulting, negotiating and an ability to build strong relationships.
Professional, proactive, honest and trustworthy with the ability to work flexibly and in a team environment.
Able to work under your own initiative and under pressure when required.
