Job objectives and responsibilitiesu00a0Reporting to the Regionalu00a0Supervisor, the primary function and responsibilities of the Engineer will include Electrical & Mechanicalu00a0services tou00a0plant, equipment and all other associated elements in an efficient, safe manner and in accordance with company Health and Safety policy, Safe Systems of Work and current regulations.u00a0Main dutiesUndertake all Electrical & Mechanicalu00a0works across various sitesTo ensure that all equipment and services are in a safe conditionTo be responsible for and take care of company supplied equipment and materialsTo understand and comply with policies and proceduresTo carry out work in a safe and diligent mannerTo attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as requiredTo undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as requiredTo perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, including fault finding and repairTo undertake work outside normal working hours in accordance with contractEnsuring that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records maintained accuratelyTo take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to line management as necessary.To help complete pre-plannedu00a0works in agreed timescalesCommunicate well (verbally and in writing) with colleagues and clientsWorks harmoniously with others, helping to generate a positive team atmosphereAssist with production of material requisitions and procurement of materials and equipmentTo ensure completion of electronic systems and certification as required
