Enthusiastically support service delivery to the customer by effective manpower and route planning, employee engagement ensuring Customer and Company standards are met through the correct management and retention of Mobile Patrol Officers in line with the client's service level agreements.

This position will Manage the operational excellence of two branches: Swansea and Cardiff

How you will make an impact as a Mobile Service Delivery Manager :

  • Allocation of resources in line with statutory and company standards

  • Ensure all staffing levels meet the agreed service level and that all recruitment is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedure.

  • Recruitment and succession planning through Securitas On-Boarding process

  • Ensure effective training is provided so employees carry out their role to the required standard and to ensure that PSO training is provided including fire extinguisher maintenance,

  • Ensure all assignment instructions/ risk assessments and site documentation is current and in date and fully understood by all employees

  • To assist in the retention of customers ensuring that the level of service provided does not fluctuate and to ensure all target times are met

  • Work to agreed practices relating to Health and Safety and Quality Management

  • Ensure relevant company Key Performance Indicator targets are met on an ongoing basis

  • Undertake quality assurance checks.

  • Management of grievance/disciplinary procedures where necessary

  • Carry out regular site, customer and key audits to understand where improvements can be made

Candidate Description

What you will bring to be a Mobile Service Delivery Manager :

  • SIA licence

  • Full valid UK Driving Licence

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Provide a 5-year checkable history

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Good standard of IT skills - Microsoft Packages

  • Ability to work under own initiative

  • Customer Service experience

  • Good organisational skills

  • Proactive approach

  • Ability to manage self and own workload,

  • Previous mobile management experience

  • IOSH trained/experience

  • Previous experience of portfolio management

  • Previous experience of Risk Management
