Job Description

To complete the maintenance and repairs to M&E equipment across all Contracts within the Mobile Portfolio ensuring appropriate and correct operation and that records are maintained in line with Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice. Supporting the Contract Supervisor/manager in his daily tasks with reliability, flexibility and professionalism. Supporting the Contract Support in dealing with the reactive calls, PPM's and other tasks. Key Tasks:

  • Ensure all statutory testing is undertaken and updated and logged in Log Books & Archive.

  • Completing and Controlling of the PPM's through our Concept System and producing Reports.

  • Production of information to support monthly reports

  • Production and monitoring of Utility Meter Readings Monthly for the customer.

  • Oversee statutory certification is received and available to the customer on request.

  • Attend all appointed meetings that the Contract Manager or Supervisor designates.

  • Actively partake in monthly team briefings and TBT's

  • Undertake monthly QHSE reviews of own work and sub-contractors

  • Assist the production of quotations on the Webquote system and Super Office by collating correct and accurate information from supply partners.

  • Adhere with CBRE Managed Services, Procedures and Policies, including your general well being and H & S is controlled and monitored.

  • Ensuring the efficient and effective repair of the sites M&E Equipment and Services

  • Organise and complete reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems

  • Prioritising reactive Maintenance tasks ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are achieved and other services are not affected.

  • Advising the Contract Manager/supervisor on labour levels and holiday/absence cover

  • Monitoring & controlling of the Gas & A/C Services that are carried out within the Team according to Planner.

  • First line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, in accordance with CBRE Managed Services Procedures and Policies

  • Utilising & Monitoring the Help Desk systems through the control of the SLA's & staff's performance and ensure service delivery.

  • Maintain the professional image of CBRE Managed Services at all times.

  • Provide assistance for Project Works as required.

  • Supervision of reactive sub-contracted work including approving of RAMS and issuing of work permits when required.

  • Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are developed.

  • Ensure that all business policies and processes within the Integrated Management System (My CBRE) are effectively communicated and implemented within all contracts.

  • To carry out other duties when required under guidance of management.

  • Support other supervisors during periods of high demand and provide cover during periods of absence

  • To take on Supervisor Duties in their absence of Holiday or sick.

  • To provide the support that the Contract Manager requests when he filters down tasks.

  • Assisting the Manager in delivering excellent BU Reviews each month.

  • Other duties as required Decision Making/Budgetary Control:

  • Parts that are requested by staff are controlled within the Contract Agreement.

  • Quotes are competitive when delivered to the customer.

  • Overtime requests again are controlled within the Contract Agreement.

  • Preferred Suppliers are used at all times where possible. Success Measures/Objectives:

  • PPM completion rates exceed contract SLA

  • Energy consumption (all utilities) savings exceed customer targets

  • Plant downtime minimised

  • Extra Works meet or exceed plan.

  • Good Customer feedback on Staff

  • Staff displaying the CBRE Behaviours.

  • Efficient and well presented.

  • Sites all at CBRE Show site standard.
