To undertake routine PPM tasks in accordance with recognised standards
To undertake reactive repairs as required.
To undertake Electrical Installation work as required.
To attend training to assist with contract requirements
To co-operate with other MITIE disciplines for the provision of multi-discipline services where required
To be part of a call-out rota for the area in line with business requirements
Ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks via PDA
To undertake tasks as instructed by Line Management
Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests.
Pro Active approach to client requirements to ensure work is carried out in a safe, timely fashion.,
Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
Ensure the continued use of Risk Assessment & Method Statements in line with company procedures to ensure a continued safe working environment
Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;
Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;
Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;
Report actual and suspected security incidents;

Industry recognised Trade Qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC etc) Apprenticeship
BS7671 18th Edition Qualification
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (Desirable)
Previous experience in the Engineering services sector
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Strong work ethic
Keen eye for detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates a pro-active approach
Ability to self manage multiple workloads
Fork lift licence (Desirable)
IPAF 3A & 3B (Desirable)
Basic mechanical knowledge (Desirable but not essential)
