Performing routine and ad hoc data extracts, ratifying with operational teams & producing outputs / reports for various stakeholders.
Focus on taking lead for engaging with accounts for a range of internal- quality-focussed "housekeeping" reporting.
Support our contract team by designing, maintaining and reporting for their contracts and customers.
Provide support and analysis on monthly governance reviews and associated reporting.
Active involvement within the wider team to own/assist on improvement projects which arise across the business.
Engaging with both internal & external stakeholders across the business to ascertain business data / reporting requirements.
Creation of new reports via Power BI in line with business needs.
Conducting workshops with stakeholders to demonstrate new working methodologies & obtain input/feedback.
Review existing reporting regimes to determine where processes can be made more efficient and add greater value to the team.
To manage workload as directed by the Manager
Any other duty which reasonably falls within the scope of this role
Provide support and training on various systems including Mozaic and Power BI.
Derive and action insights from MI.

To be able to clearly articulate reporting requirements with back office and operations teams

Good Office 365 skills, particularly excel (including Pivot tables & lookups), plus ability to use Power BI and other CAFM systems when required

Be involved in team discussions and be able to ask questions if actions or outputs are not clear
Able to communicate inefficiencies in the current processes
