Job Description

  • Performing routine and ad hoc data extracts, ratifying with operational teams & producing outputs / reports for various stakeholders.

  • Focus on taking lead for engaging with accounts for a range of internal- quality-focussed "housekeeping" reporting.

  • Support our contract team by designing, maintaining and reporting for their contracts and customers.

  • Provide support and analysis on monthly governance reviews and associated reporting.

  • Active involvement within the wider team to own/assist on improvement projects which arise across the business.

  • Engaging with both internal & external stakeholders across the business to ascertain business data / reporting requirements.

  • Creation of new reports via Power BI in line with business needs.

  • Conducting workshops with stakeholders to demonstrate new working methodologies & obtain input/feedback.

  • Review existing reporting regimes to determine where processes can be made more efficient and add greater value to the team.

  • To manage workload as directed by the Manager

  • Any other duty which reasonably falls within the scope of this role

  • Provide support and training on various systems including Mozaic and Power BI.

  • Derive and action insights from MI.

Candidate Description

  • Able to demonstrate self-reliance and ability to manage own time and to prioritise multiple tasks

  • Organised & Accurate

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines

  • To be able to clearly articulate reporting requirements with back office and operations teams

  • To be able to interrogate data and to provide results as requested

  • Good Office 365 skills, particularly excel (including Pivot tables & lookups), plus ability to use Power BI and other CAFM systems when required

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Be able to interpret managers expectations into clearly defined actions

  • Be involved in team discussions and be able to ask questions if actions or outputs are not clear

  • Able to communicate inefficiencies in the current processes

  • To question current ways of working if there are better ways
