Employer Description

The Matron will be accountable for scoping national / international best practices, reviewing strategies for recruitment, leading the efficient and effective operational management of local and international and new recruitment pipelines for the nursing and midwifery workforce, and guaranteeing provision of high quality recruitment which will be delivered within a hospital, community and international settings. The Matron will be a strong clinical leader, easily identifiable, highly visible and accessible to corporate and divisional recruitment leads, divisional nurses, senior midwifery leaders and staff.,
