We are seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager focused on B2B seller acquisition and engagement, with a focus on paid marketing channels. This person will develop and execute marketing programs that drive awareness and recruit sellers for a just-launched business. We're looking for someone that is passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience while driving seller growth and awareness. We are looking for someone to own the seller acquisition program, and be responsible for program development, implementation and execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns. You must be able to work at the strategic level (using customer behavior to generate bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (optimizing campaigns, analyzing data and solving problems). In this role, you will drive interest in becoming a host of Amazon Explore experiences using paid marketing channels, driving ideas from conception to execution. You will also develop new engagement opportunities as we build a community of sellers. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. Finally, you must also be a strong communicator and influencer, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive meaningful change. Primary responsibilities will include: · Build marketing programs and execute campaigns that drive interest in becoming a host for Amazon Explore · Understand behaviors that trigger acquisition, engagement and retention, and devise marketing programs that drive desired behaviors · Building end-to-end marketing programs for strategic business segments, including targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization. · Experimenting within emerging and existing marketing channels, including an experimentation roadmap to drive long-term tech solutions supporting brand and product discoverability. · Reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization. · Driving annual goals, objectives, and budgets for key segments - building discipline around tracking progress, customer feedback, and iterating to improve performance. · Managing multiple projects at the same time; consistently making progress and delivering results · Optimize against key metrics including CTR, new hosts, and engagement · Own the strategy for seller communication (including bi-monthly newsletter), incentives, seller application and new monetization opportunities.

Candidate Description

· Bachelor's degree or higher in associated discipline · 5+ years demonstrable experience in an online marketing field, · Experience analyzing marketing campaigns and programs to determine if they are meeting business objectives · Experience managing to a budget and optimizing marketing campaigns for the highest ROI · Experience developing written documents in a professional setting · Experience using MS Office and SharePoint · Demonstrated data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills. · Basic SQL skills · Experience with Content Management Systems and editing basic HTML/XML · Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term growth · Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment · Advanced Excel and SQL skills · Deep knowledge of paid media channels including marketing attribution and measurement · Have relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail · Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution · Experience with Marketo Amazon.com is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer - Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation/ Age Type Full time
