Candidate Description

We are seeking an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing automation initiatives. We have ambitious plans for building initial lifecycle and communications efforts targeting business owners in the US and expanding to an automated and global program that allows us to engage business owners in a scalable manner. You will guide strategy and solutions for improvements to existing tools and platforms, drive integrations with other internal teams' data (e.g. Salesforce), and implement best practices that improve deliverability of email, and marketing attribution.

Successful candidates should be analytical, comfortable thinking big and diving deep, and have a proven track record of end-to-end project ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment., · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field · 5+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or related field · 5+ years of professional experience with marketing automation tools/systems, · Experience leading projects for large scale automation platforms and/or digital communication tools with global stakeholders · Track record of successfully scaling marketing or communication campaigns · Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Pardot or Marketo · Experience with CRM, segmentation, and/or personalization · Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, and analytics · Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of a large marketing automation or digital communication platforms
