And if that wasn't enough, our Ready to Drink range as well as At Home solutions, and our Proud to Serve partnerships, allow our adventure to become more diverse and move faster., In order to support our growth agenda, we are looking for a passionate, forward thinking consumer marketeer wanting to take an exciting next step in their career as Marketing Manager within the UK Connections team. This is a varied role which will lead a range of strategic projects working closely with the Brand and Strategy team and Customer and Propositions, Key to this role will be the delivery of a comprehensive BTL strategy, dissecting the current consumer journey, understanding the commercial value of each touchpoint and delivering a plan to help support our long term business objectives. This will include the development of a framework for communicating our 'always on' messaging for areas like sustainability and Click and Collect, alongside our campaign messaging including our NPD calendar, Christmas campaigns and brand partnerships working with partners and our parent company Coke. You'll also be responsible for owning our marketing programme for new store openings and store trials to create best in class executions. The Marketing Manager will also lead the development of our competitor openings combat strategy with a calendar of local sampling and experiential brand events.
Lead the strategy across new store openings and store trials including the management of creative campaigns and end to end local media planning
Drive the Local marketing agenda forward for the business with recommendations and actions based on consumer insight and commercial rigour
Defines and delivers the end-to-end local marketing across touchpoints
Develop, create and deliver all local marketing and POS collateral for new concepts and proposition trials in UK
Lead and manage any adhoc projects

Understanding of strategic development and implementation of marketing plans with a focus on meeting commercial channel and consumer objectives.
Ability to write clear and compelling briefs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: able to lead and influence diverse cross-functional teams under pressure to create new solutions to challenges and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
Full mix marketing experience; customer and trade/shopper; traditional advertising, digital, PR, POS and experiential/events
Proven track record of delivering effective campaigns
Leadership of the full comms process - from brief to execution
Knowledge of communication strategies and how to implement them effectively
