We will require you to create outstanding client and consumer experiences to support sales, business growth and build differentiation of Sodexo Corporate Services in UK&I, defining a marketing plan and strategy. You will also be responsible for a Centre of Excellence for CS Global Marketing driving Urban Food and Workplace services initiatives.,

  • Implement global and regional consumer and client experiences: deliver robust Global Blockbusters for Urban food and FM/workplace services and maintain them as key reference on the market

  • Strengthen our understanding of clients and consumer's needs, behaviours and expectations

  • Measure the impact of Marketing initiatives on the business and support and develop to the regional Marketing teams in value creation impacting the business

  • Implement a consistency of Brand strategy and initiatives

  • Follow the Sodexo governance for new, modification and retirement of services and segments offers

  • Lead the development of annual and longer-term marketing and business plans for the segment in the region, ensuring alignment with strategy

  • Define a digital Marketing road map to transform the business in the region, identifying the domains and activities that benefit from rapid digitisation

  • Support Sales through Digital Marketing (lead generation, acquisition) for UK&I

  • Ensure a strong collaboration of the Marketing team with Global and UK&I Food and FM platforms to ensure perfect co-ownership of Food and FM services.

  • Track deployment and satisfaction of products and services (physical and digital) for continuous improvement, KPI measurement, report progress and performances including GP monitoring.

  • In collaboration with Global Corporate Services Marketing team and Global and regional Service Operations, design and develop Urban Food, FM/Workplace services with a marketing approach, leveraging UK&I expertise in Urban food, Workplace and FM.

  • Be responsible of Client and Consumer Marketing Strategy for Corporate Services to retain, cross sell and upsell on existing clients and capture new prospects. Create client and consumer intimacy. Drive consistency and efficiency across the UK&I region.

Candidate Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced and passionate Director of Marketing to utilise their skills and expertise.,

  • Experience in B2B and B2C Marketing with both strategic and operational roles with successful impact on the business and digital expertise. Self-starter, high level of autonomy combined with strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Experience in Global, Regional and local Marketing roles in B2B and B2C in UK&I

  • Experience in Product and Brand management, Value proposition creation and positioning

  • Knowledge of workplace, retail and ecommerce

  • Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives

  • Combination of analytical skills along with strong synthesis, ability to summarize and simplify

  • Project management and KPI setting & tracking

  • Strategic mindset

  • Passion and drive, ability to convince, influencing without formal authority

  • Understanding of how to work effectively with a matrixed, global organization and leverage knowledge across the organisation

  • Innovative and creative to drive new business models

  • Communication, presentation and engagement skills
