The Lovell Management Trainee Programme provides a structured 5 year apprenticeship training programme involving work-placements, higher education and management skills, all designed to fuel the growth of our business by providing a pipeline of talent into junior management positions. Our North West region is currently recruiting for management trainees who will undertake a 12 month rotation through the key business functions - Land, Technical, Commercial, Operations and Sales & Marketing. Candidates must be able to demonstrate post-GCSE education with a proven commitment to a construction career. A particular interest in business, Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Land or Sales and Marketing would be an advantage. We're looking for good communicators who are academically inclined and passionate about achieving results. Our trainees will be self-disciplined and driven, able to work well in a team and ideally have some relevant work experience. The role will require you to travel to placements around the North West region, so a full driving licence and use of a vehicle is essential.
