We have an award-winning apprenticeship programme too, so could offer you the opportunity to earn qualifications alongside completing your core training for the role. As well as having previous experience in a similar role, you'll have relevant qualifications in maintenance incorporating a variety of plumbing, electrical or joinery work, as well as relevant health & safety certifications. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision and be able to prioritise your workload. YouÃ¢â(¬â"¢ll have a can-do attitude, be adaptable and be able to respond flexibly to different requests and situations.
Skills and experience Whilst you will receive a structured induction and ongoing training to support you in your role, we are also looking for the following skills and experience:
Building maintenance experience (painter & decorator, plumbing, joiner, electrician or all round handy person! Confidence of engaging with guests.
