To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Maintenance Assistants to join our team to work between Basingstoke and Tadley Leisure centres.
In this role you will be required to consistently provide on a pre-planned, ad-hoc, breakdown and reactive basis, a professional and effective maintenance, service and repair function which will include Statutory compliance, contractor management, planned preventive maintenance, general reactive maintenance and painting and decorating.
You will be required to provide the maintenance, service and repair function on both a hands-on and appointment & supervision of external sub-contractor's basis as well as be required to provide a high level of hands-on and supervisory technical support to the Contract Manager, Operations Manager and Operations Function Management Team. You will also be required to undertake new and refurbishment type electro-mechanical installation works.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience similar to this role and it's desirable that you have worked in a similar size or larger more complex sporting or leisure facilities.
You will have a background in maintenance with the role requiring a broad range of skills including, but not exclusively, electrical, mechanical, or general maintenance skills.
If you hold a technical qualification this would be desirable, as well as holding a driving license to travel between both sites as and when needed.
