Job Description

Mitie PFI is looking to employ a willing candidate to manage the external club events and will be responsible for the health and safety of the participant's and the security of the school.The leisure assistant will meet and greet the club member and will show them the clean and tidy facilities which has been allocated for the booked event. The leisure assistant will be responsible for setting up equipment and cleaning down after each event and putting away the equipment used.The leisure assistant must be hones, polite and courteous as well as fit and healthy to be able to perform the duties required.The leisure assistant will be added to the list of responsible key holders and will be shown how to operate the security systems for everyone's safetyu00a0, Health and Safety responsibilities:Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;Information Security:Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;Report actual and suspected security incidents;Note:This job description Is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for this position and the range of duties undertaken.
