Candidate Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist your main responsibilities would be: + Extensive L&D experience - demonstrated at a senior/ strategic level. + Design, delivery and effectiveness assessment of learning and training interventions + Significant skills gap analysis experience and experience of presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. + Working with individuals to develop their careers and enhance business growth. + Working with learning management systems + Project management You'll have relevant experience in: + Presenting to senior stakeholders and working to business strategy. + Self-starter with an ability to prioritise effectively + Planning, analysis, and numeracy + Strong influencing and communications skills; able to build trust and influence key stakeholders + Creativity - demonstrate ability to come up with innovative solutions + Strong coaching and mentoring skills, + Experience in an I.T background
