Within this team, we are currently looking to recruit for an Internal Communications Manager to support in the creation and implementation of the Internal Communications Strategy for VIVO moving forward.

This individual will be key in supporting on the delivery of this Corporate Communications Strategy during mobilisation and ensure that all changes are communicated across the VIVO team, and our customers.

The successful Internal Communications Manager will support local leadership teams across multiple regions, and with the support of a network of content owners, they will help in the development and roll out of internal communications platforms and tools.

Candidate Description

This is an opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to have a real impact on VIVO at this crucial stage. While previously having worked within a Defence environment would be highly advantageous, having significant experience within a Communications role in a large-scale organisation will be crucial.

We're looking for someone who is a confident communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and who also has a track record of leading and managing internal communication campaigns.
