An experienced Team Leader is required for daily supervision of a team of Scanning Operators in the new Belfast office and their workload including, Service Levels and compliance to procedures. The team provides several critical and highly confidential services to PwC., Responsibility for daily supervision of a team including a mix of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring deadlines are met and office cover maintained at all timesu00a0Ensuring that all incoming paper documentation is scanned using the appropriate system in accordance with the BSI 100008 operational procedures.u00a0Its essential there is an early supervisor presence for organising the incoming mailu00a0 - This is a new critical service we provide to the firm for 23,000 employeesu00a0Attending IMS UK team conference calls and arranging team meetings.u00a0Communicating with PwC senior level people by telephone, e-mail and in person.u00a0Monitoring of individual and team workloads, including allocation of available resources to ensure both individual and team tasks are completed on time and to agreed service levels.u00a0Dealing with incoming emails and calls through to resolution, escalating issues where relevant to the line manager.u00a0Maintaining internal systems ensuring standard procedures are adhered to amongst the team.u00a0Regular communication with line manager in respect of progress of work in hand and resourcing issues.u00a0u00a0Ability to propose solutions to resourcing and project issues.u00a0Ensuring that continuous improvement remains at the core of the services delivered.To organise ongoing training and development of team members and support their well beingTo ensure a Safe working environment and safe working practices for the team
