PeopleCentre is Sodexo's award winning HR Service Centre based close to Media City in Salford. We support the wider Sodexo business with all HR matters; including Recruitment, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, HR and Payroll Administration and Learning and Development. We also manage a wide variety of systems and processes which support our employee data.

Main Responsibilities

Processing end to end reference checks, this includes contacting referees via phone and email.

Processing and checking right to work documents via an online portal

Provide advice and support to managers on compliance processes

Process criminal checks via an online Screening system

Assist with the processing of all other compliance queries and tasks

Upload information to electronic employee files

Provide hands on support to other Teams when required e.g. at peak times and ad hoc projects

Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
