The EU ATS HR Corporate team supports a diverse set of organizations and employees in Ship with Amazon, Finance, Business Intelligence and Performance, Networks Planning and Perfect Mile, including tech teams. This variety of customers brings a stimulating challenge. The business headcount is growing and we are looking for a HRBP (L5) to own end to end HR support for a group of EU ATS Corporate customers, including:

Talent Management and Succession Planning

Our Talent Reviews ensure that the great people we employ are developed and grow within our business. You'll utilise talent tools and the information they generate to identify leaders of the future and drive effective Talent Reviews and promotions in the business as well as supporting leaders on performance management.

Generalist HR You'll use data to Dive Deep into people metrics and identify areas for improvement, creating stretching goals for yourself and the wider HR team to deliver. You'll contribute to wider ATS HR goals and projects, working as an integral part of a high performing team, and will partner with ER, talent development, talent acquisition to deliver the people proposition for your client group.

Candidate Description

· Bachelor's Degree · Strong experience working as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner · Experienced supporting minimum an employee population size of 300+ headcount

· HR related Master's Degree · Experienced supporting variety of employees/customers groups · Customer centric mind-set balanced with backbone, you'll be a trusted advisor to your customers and guide them through your strong judgement capacity. · Hands-on and operational you'll make things happen and dive deep to find-out the root-cause of problems. You'll be comfortable using data to support your decision making and business discussions. · You'll invent and build scalable solutions on behalf of the customer.

Amazon Transportation Services EU (ATS) is the growing organization that forms the Middle Mile at Amazon Operations and it's footprint in EU includes 27 field sites from Sortation Centres (SC) and Line Haul (LH), 66 additional Third Party (3P) presence in 12 locations between Ground Air operations and SCs, plus corporate employees in six different countries.
