Your roleThe HR Administrator will co-ordinate and produce the fortnightly payroll for all personnel based at the Grantham site, as well as producing detailed analysis of the operations manning activities and payroll costs on a daily/weekly/monthly and annual basis. The HR Administrator will be the source of time & attendance and payroll expertise on site and be able to advise and guide the site on best practice.
