Be part of this exciting adventure and work with a  great team to promote this  fully refurbished 4 star Premium hotel.

 

Your experience and skills include:

  • You have 5 years 4 star hotel sales management experience and have proven success in a comparable environment of launching a new 4 star hotel to the market ( in all segments )
  • A strong commercial & business acumen with a tenacity to drive top line to exceed targets, and to position the hotel in the market place as the preferred choice in the area
  • You will be an effective communicator ( face to face and via virtual/digital means ), who is able to develop & maintain effective relationships with both internal & external  stakeholders
  •  Able to source business in challenging relationships
     

What will you be doing:

  • Drive sales at hotel level to maximise revenue for the hotel
  • Support the rebranding and positioning of the hotel as a premium 4 star hotel in the local market
  • Ensure the financial success of the hotel by initiating, planning, directing & managing the implementation of the sales strategy for the hotel
  • Foster a relationship with all key accounts, to ensure the hotel is the preferred choice in Oxford
