Previous customer service experience will be an advantage.Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.This role is an exciting position that will help shape our landscaping business, working in a passionate, target driven team in the largest, leading FM company in the UK.Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the candidate will be required to demonstrate excellent administration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced commercially focused environment.u00a0u00a0Main dutiesTo assist managing all Administration Processes related to Mitie Landscapes Support RequirementsTo support the Business Support Managers and other Support Associates as requiredProcess finance applications via the clients interfacing web portalClient liaison activity, dealing and resolving issues and complaints u2013 processing as required.Update client interfacing web portal on a daily basis (if required)Obtain/chase/update monthly client purchase ordersAttend weekly/monthly debt review meetings/conference callsUpdate internal and external databases and administration systems as requiredAccurately file both manually and electronically as per business policy and proceduresEnsure operational paperwork is completed to corporate standardsCollate information for and produce client quotationsRaise Purchase Order RequestsResponsibility for capturing all costs including all materials and subcontractorsRaise all client actions in the SAFE system and allocate to relevant managersFinal closure of all regional actions in the SAFE systemEnsure correct working procedures are followed with sub contractors/extra works.
