The primary focus of this role will be to ensure all soft and hard service tasks are logged and distributed effectively, supporting our clients on behalf of our client, Clyde & Co and maintain and support the contract invoicing process.,

  • Ensure Helpdesk calls and emails are answered in a timely, professional and polite manner

  • Program any reactive or emergency works within agreed service levels

  • Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is scheduled into Engineers schedules within agreed service levels

  • Issue monthly PPM invoices and maintain the PPM invoice schedule

  • Actively monitor the invoices and follow up with managers, sub-contractors or suppliers with the aim of invoice resolution.

Candidate Description

We are looking for a commercially aware candidate with relevant experience gained within multi-site facilities, property management or a similar environment and who is proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook and Excel.

To be successful in the role you will be a confident communicator with good organisational skills, be numerate, diligent and have an excellent attention to detail.
