Job Description

  • Taking calls from the client in relation to reactive jobs and general enquiries

  • Generating jobs on Maximo CAFM system

  • Arranging for suitable engineer/sub-contractor attendance in line with our SLA's

  • Closing of jobs on completion and assisting with costing where requried

  • Providing administration support to the rest of the team, Supervisors, Engineering Managers and Account Manager including the running of reports via Maximo and exporting to Excel spreadheet.

  • Assisting with the monotoring of engineer workload to ensure that all jobs are attended to within the SLA (reports generated from Maximo system)

  • Uploading of engineer and sub-contractor compliance paperwork on to Maximo and shared drive

Candidate Description

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Good telephone manner, able to communicate at all levels

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft package, including Excel and Word

  • Good IT skills

  • Able to plan and prioritise their own workload

  • Able to work well under pressure within a busy office environment

  • Ideally have knowledge and experience of working with Maximo CAFM system.

  • Ideally have knowledge and experience of working with Mozaic, Power BI.
