Job Purpose: Develop the medium to long term strategy for marketing, PR and promotional activity within the Centre Lead and support the Marketing Team to deliver all tactical planning related to digital marketing, social media, PR and promotions. Develop strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to promote the provision of marketing and PR activity. Be fully accountable for the marketing budget and year end reconciliation. Primary Responsibilities:
Lead in the development, execution and management of the centre's brand strategy.
Manage key agency accounts and deliver best value against agreed KPIs.
Commission appropriate market research, socio economic data and customer profiling to inform the marketing strategy.
Actively manage the process for the collection of sales data to gain insight and the system for engaging with occupiers to develop initiatives to grow turnover.
Gain sign off approval from the Centre Director of the Marketing Strategy.
Create strategic relationships with the Centre's occupiers, partners, external suppliers, agencies and the stakeholders to create and deliver the marketing strategy.
Lead the marketing team to develop a fully robust PR and communications campaign to support all events and initiatives, with emphasis on digital marketing and social media.
Lead and manage marketing contract tender processes as required.
Manage existing and develop new relationships with external marketing consultants and key external stakeholders.
Support in managing all internal and external communication for the centre; including crisis communications and all media enquiries.
Support the Joint Venture Owners with the development, execution and management of the centre's letting marketing strategy.
Input into the centre's community and sustainability strategy so that marketing and PR fully reflects CBRE's and the Joint Owners' environmental, sustainable and governance strategy.
To ensure compliance with CBRE's standard operating policies and procedures.
Lead the team in adopting a Health and Safety culture.
Ensure that a programme of continual process of value improvement is achieved and demonstrated across all areas of the department.
