· Together with your team, you will develop and execute the CTPS EMEA HR strategy that looks at all aspects of the employee lifecycle and you will provide strong HR leadership and direction key stakeholders · Help your business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve the employee experience · Contribute to the broader Amazon EMEA and global HR teams, working beyond a regional remit · Be known as a crisp communicator in person and in writing, who sets data-driven HR goals based on business drivers and ensures HR is always looking for underlying people issues to help solve business challenges · Provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans, partnering with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment · Liaise with the talent acquisition teams to attract, hire and retain the right candidates, and identify opportunities to rotate and develop internal talent · Drive compensation and benefits strategies in partnership with the compensation & benefits teams across the organisation, and proactively identify challenges and opportunities within your client groups.

This role requires strong judgement, the ability to think strategically, execute tactically and collaborate across many teams, levels and locations around the world.

Candidate Description

· A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the team, to ensure a high level of employee engagement · Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment · Coaching experience at management level, as well as exceptional influencing skills · Comfortable working in a highly matrixed and global organisation · Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs, with a passion for learning and development · High energy and flexibility, fantastic communication skills and huge amounts of drive · A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables · Proven knowledge and practical application of European HR practices · Ability to use data driven analysis to identify problems and build solutions · Strong Project/Program Management Skills

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required · Experience of operating at a senior HR level with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

· 10 years + HR experience. · Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, strategies and initiatives to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of Commercial HR within the company · Experience in collaborating across multiple functions and as part of a global HR team

We are looking for someone who is customer obsessed, adaptive and able to provide hands-on, as well as strategic HR support. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational and operational acumen, be driven by developing top talent, supporting organisation leaders in their day to day operations, as well as developing and implementing a strategy focused on delivering HR excellence.

This position can be based in our corporate offices in Cork in Ireland, London in the UK, and Barcelona in Spain.
