We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Manage organic local social channels in the EU (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) to drive awareness and engagement of Amazon Music (inclusive of planning, posting, boosting and creative development with an external agency). Includes ownership of strategy, reporting and creative output. Partner with international teams to drive consistency.

  • Campaign Management: Work with internal teams and external agencies to drive awareness and brand perceptions of Amazon Music within Europe by developing, planning, localising and executing marketing campaigns. This includes both creative development, media planning and analysis of performance.

  • Campaign Measurement: Own upper- and lower-funnel measurement approach for all campaign activity to prove effectiveness and efficiency. Set and report on annual awareness and brand perception goals.

  • Brand Management: Act as Brand Guardian for EU, and globally. Set and monitor brand guidelines (creative, copy, tone of voice) for the wider team. Provide guidance an approval for Amazon Music brand externally.

  • Events/Sponsorships: Support delivery of events/sponsorship across the EU, where they deliver against awareness goals. Inclusive of pre-evaluation, delivery and post-evaluation.

  • Budget: Own and manage the Brand Marketing budget and maximise spend to achieve business goals.

  • Team: Hire and develop a strong team.

Candidate Description

  • Significant relevant work experience in marketing, ideally music, entertainment or other subscription services.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing a multi-national marketing team

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.

  • Demonstrated success in marketing management, developing marketing strategy, digital marketing, event management, product management, lead management

  • Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments

  • Experience of operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrixed global organization

  • A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable marketing results.

  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.

  • Fluency in English. Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
