Updating IMT and site-wide population group in MNS following updates and feedback from sites
Assisting with administration of group admin accounts
Where required, sending out Mass Notifications to staff
MNS testing for sites globally
Global Incident and Emergency Response
Assess impact to employees, assets, operation and reputation
Provide high level security briefings to security management
Support security management with IMT liaison/coordination
Produce and disseminate reports throughout the life cycle of the incident
Where required, support IMT with accounting for employees and conference call coordination
Liaison with risk partners within the Company and externally with risk service providers
Intelligence & Reporting
Actively monitor security incidents to determine potential impact and maintain an awareness of strategic trends throughout key regions
Collect, analyse, and interpret complex security- and incident-related data
Conduct strategic analysis on large data sets to include metrics, physical security trends, aggregate incidents, and crime statistics
Plan, research and write regular analytical reports delivering actionable insights
Identify gaps in current analysis products and develop new solutions, methodologies and products to help improve reporting, especially with regards to data driven analysis
Produce and distribute incident reports
Be aware of the current threats and challenges faced by the business
Assist in producing weekly intelligence reports in collaboration with the wider Global Security team
Providing low level intelligence assessments obtained from risk service providers and open source
Protect our People
Monitoring for travel alerts and escalation to management where necessary
Assist travellers following incidents or significant developments
Direct liaison with 3rd party providers for travel tracking and traveller assistance
Deliver travel security briefs to staff travelling to high risk destinations
Monitoring and update reporting during global events
Communication support with on-site security teams
Incident response and escalation support
Create a Safe Workplace
Conduct all security operational tasks in accordance with GSOC Assignment Instructions, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
Monitoring and awareness of the current threats and challenges faced by the Company's office locations
Updating risk ratings for all offices globally
Investigating of, and responding to, security alarms and reports
Producing security incident reports and assist with low level investigations
Support of site-based security operations (e.g. building evacuation)
- Relationships & Communications
Be at all times knowledgeable of all senior site representatives and other key stakeholders
Develop strong relationships with clients and customers globally
Be prepared to give briefings to senior managers on security incidents during live events
Fluent in verbal and written English coupled with excellent communication skills.
Minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of business, internal and external
Good IT skills including ability to use all MS Office applications
Report and assessment writing
Full 5 year checkable employment / academic history
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Ability to operate in a professional and confidential manner at all times
Ability to organise, prioritise and produce results under pressure
Able to communicate effectively with across all levels of business
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collate information and present analysis in a clear, concise and effective manner
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a close, multi-discipline environment and have the ability to carry out leadership roles when required as part of career development
Patient, courteous and have the ability to analyse and assess clients & customers needs whilst being professional and remaining calm in challenging situations,
Degree or equivalent
Bilingual experience working in a similar role, within a corporate or government organization
Use of intelligence management systems with intelligence monitoring at a tactical level
Possession of valid frontline SIA license
Knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems
First Aid at Work qualified
Knowledge of data protection and privacy law
