Job Description

  • Updating IMT and site-wide population group in MNS following updates and feedback from sites

  • Assisting with administration of group admin accounts

  • Where required, sending out Mass Notifications to staff

  • MNS testing for sites globally

    Global Incident and Emergency Response

  • Assess impact to employees, assets, operation and reputation

  • Provide high level security briefings to security management

  • Support security management with IMT liaison/coordination

  • Produce and disseminate reports throughout the life cycle of the incident

  • Where required, support IMT with accounting for employees and conference call coordination

  • Liaison with risk partners within the Company and externally with risk service providers

    Intelligence & Reporting

  • Actively monitor security incidents to determine potential impact and maintain an awareness of strategic trends throughout key regions

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret complex security- and incident-related data

  • Conduct strategic analysis on large data sets to include metrics, physical security trends, aggregate incidents, and crime statistics

  • Plan, research and write regular analytical reports delivering actionable insights

  • Identify gaps in current analysis products and develop new solutions, methodologies and products to help improve reporting, especially with regards to data driven analysis

  • Produce and distribute incident reports

  • Be aware of the current threats and challenges faced by the business

  • Assist in producing weekly intelligence reports in collaboration with the wider Global Security team

  • Providing low level intelligence assessments obtained from risk service providers and open source

    Travel Security

  • Monitoring for travel alerts and escalation to management where necessary

  • Assist travellers following incidents or significant developments

  • Direct liaison with 3rd party providers for travel tracking and traveller assistance

  • Deliver travel security briefs to staff travelling to high risk destinations

    Event Security

  • Monitoring and update reporting during global events

  • Communication support with on-site security teams

  • Incident response and escalation support

  1. Create a Safe Workplace

    Physical Security

  • Conduct all security operational tasks in accordance with GSOC Assignment Instructions, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures

  • Monitoring and awareness of the current threats and challenges faced by the Company's office locations

  • Updating risk ratings for all offices globally

  • Investigating of, and responding to, security alarms and reports

  • Producing security incident reports and assist with low level investigations

  • Support of site-based security operations (e.g. building evacuation)

  • Be at all times knowledgeable of all senior site representatives and other key stakeholders

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and customers globally

  • Be prepared to give briefings to senior managers on security incidents during live events

Candidate Description

  • Fluent in verbal and written English coupled with excellent communication skills.

  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)

  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of business, internal and external

  • Good IT skills including ability to use all MS Office applications

  • Report and assessment writing

  • Full 5 year checkable employment / academic history
