As a Graphics Designer with digital skills, you will be responsible for working closely with the sales team, aiding with the creation of assets, then bringing them to life and delivering high quality and innovative graphic and digital content that will help to sell the company services. This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to client amends to finished product.Working hours are typically 40 u00a0hours a week, from 08.00 to 17.00 hours, with one hour for lunch. Extra hours are likely when deadlines are approaching, and this may involve working into the early hours to get a job finished.Main dutiesWork with sales teams to understand the project scope and objectivesPrepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials, and working to the clientu2019s briefPlans concept by studying and researching information and materialsPrepares visual presentations by designing relevant conceptsObtains approval of concept and progresses project to its conclusionParticipate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideasProvide accurate time estimates for each part of the processAssist in selecting appropriate graphic and/or digital styles for the projectMust be able to liaise with external printers to specify requirements, ensure deadlines are met and that material is printed to the highest qualityMaintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the clientKeeping abreast of advancements in digital and graphics as well as new technologies and techniquesAs well as attend meetings and briefings with sales teams and fellow designers, you will be based in an office environment and may occasionally have to work hours outside the regular working day
