Job Description

Due to continued growth we have created a new role for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead, reporting into the Global Talent Acquisition Leader. Key duties include (but are not exclusive to):

  • Ensure operational excellence within Talent Acquisition through day to day management of the global Talent Acquisition Team

  • Ensure the TA staffing structure is effective to meet consistently increasing hiring needs

  • Embed TA principles & protocols including ensuring mandatory assessments, processes & systems are effectively embedded & adhered to and that progress is accurately reported

  • Monitor and report out on progress against Workforce Plan & live vacancies, providing data insights on key metrics along with qualitative insights

  • Focus on TA process improvements to ensure consistently positive candidate, hiring manager & recruiter experience

  • Manage TA related programs such as workforce planning, planning for annual Next Generation scheme intakes, Recruitment & Selection training

  • Review sourcing channels to ensure fit for purpose including targeting key talent segments

  • TA Supplier Relationship Management including ensuring Preferred Supply Chain is enabled to meet growth needs, commitments to diversity hiring and have suitable geographical coverage

  • Point of contact for BAU TA escalations

Candidate Description

  • Experience in a similar senior Talent Acquisition role, ideally within a high growth and highly matrix organisation

  • Proven track record of operating across a global / multi country portfolio with a combination of hard- & dotted-line reports

  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams to success

  • Experience gathering, interpreting and using data to drive decisions / ability to create business cases based around data

  • Excellent organisational skills, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality and organise own workload efficiently

  • Proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of seniority

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System - ideally Avature
