Employee Relations is a global People team that assists managers and the People team addressing employee issues and concerns, including policy interpretation, investigations, compliance and supporting employees with accommodations. Our teams regularly lead and are key partners in critical People team projects with global scope and impact. We are seeking an experienced Project manager to establish a Planning function within the ER organisation. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record leading large People projects across multiple geos and lines of business. The role requires, significant partnership with local ER, In partnership with regional ER project leads/teams, establish Planning function within the ER organisation to provide leadership with global insight into projects - Create tools to aid leadership make decisions in project planning, prioritisation, workload management and clarity on interdependencies - Partner closely with regional ER project leads teams or local ER teams to understand local needs and projects and also share upcoming projects from Global teams' - Cultivate positive relationships across the People organisation to ensure early and effective partnership on projects - Build road maps, project plans and other templates that can be utilised by the wider ER team - Understand our tools and data to provide solutions on identifying data trends for teams - Provide project management on key projects where needed - Be a resource to local ER teams to identify duplication of effort and highlight project opportunities - Support with preparation of Keynote for key leadership meetings.

Candidate Description

  • Significant project management / project planning experience

  • Significant experience of leading cross functional projects in a global environment

  • Solid understanding of HR function

  • Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and workstreams across multiple lines of business and geos

  • Highly analytical, able to use data to tell a story

  • Extraordinary communicator - able to simplify complex messages and adapt for different audiences

  • Able to understand projects and data to provide recommendations and insights

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as work independently

  • Experience working in Employee Relations beneficial.

  • Experience of working with Works Councils or other social partners is a plus., Project Management qualification is a plus - Experience working in Employee Relations beneficial.
