You’ll be well attentive, well organised and display high levels of customer service standards. You will display your enthusiasm by delivering on our mission, as well as actively assisting with the smooth operations of the food and beverage department. You will be required to:
Supervise the restaurant, bar and lounge.
Display outstanding Customer service
Working as a team player
Serve food & drinks
Maximising opportunities to sell
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety / Food Safety
Available to work when as and when the customer needs you
As our Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be 'front line' delivering on our ‘Memorable Moments’.
You will be an exceptional team player, with the ability to support your team in order to exceed our guest expectations. A complete perfectionist in customer service, whilst ensuring full compliance with our excellent food hygiene, as well as health and safety standards.
