Job Description

The successful candidate will be a key member of the TCC Global FP&A team, providing support to TCC/REI FP&A and to key business/country leaders across Europe. This role includes annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and insight and analysis into the performance of the business from a P&L, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet perspective. Review of development project underwriting will also be an important responsibility as well. Building strong relationships within the Europe business as well as the Corporate / TCC/REI FP&A team is essential. Key Responsibilities

*Manages annual budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting for multiple European countries/currencies and consolidated TCC Europe business.

*Provides Europe management team with insightful decision support and drives executive level ad hoc financial analysis as required.

*Conducts other special financial and business studies and other duties as assigned by management.

*Produces a variety of routine and ad hoc financial reports, presentations, and pro forma analyses, including specific deal underwriting analysis/oversight in preparation for Investment Committee presentations.

*Acts as the interface with US Corporate (Global FP&A and TCC/REI FP&A) to ensure Europe results and forecasts are understood and supported by insightful analysis and commentary.

*Assists with preparation of quarterly Board and Investor presentations.

*Drives continuous improvement initiatives in reporting, planning and analysis, including standardization and alignment in reporting; delivers clear reporting of key drivers and drives usage of Power BI visualization tools.

*Liaison with TCC US and Europe Accounting teams and outsourced accounting provider. Assists the business in understanding accounting impact of proposed deal structures.

Candidate Description

*Must be degree educated and ideally have a relevant accounting, economics, finance experience.

*Ability to calculate complex figures, forecast, and prepare budgets.

*Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

*Broad, in-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), concepts. SEC reporting experience helpful.

*Strong financial modelling experience with a high level of proficiency in Excel.

*Attention to detail with strategic and tactical insight.

*Ability to think creatively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements.

*Intellectually curious figuring out the real story behind the data to enable Leadership to make informed decisions.

*Highly organized, resourceful, and persistent; effective and efficient at coordinating multiple resources to complete tasks; can work on multiple tasks at once without losing track; foresees and plans around obstacles.

*Experience with Power BI, creating Dashboards is helpful.

*Broad experience with other software and financial systems is desired such as HFM Consolidation, PeopleSoft Financials, and Cognos Planning.

*Real Estate knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.

*Experience working in an FP&A role in a complex multi-national is helpful.

*Strong communication and presentation skills. Presenting to business leadership teams is a typical event.
