Job Description

The successful candidate must be a security and risk specialist whose key purpose is to support the client and the account leadership in achieving the accounts compliance, commercial and quality objectives relating to security along with future service categories. The post holder will lead and advise the CBRE team and work in close liaison with the client's global security team to deliver the joint security objectives ensuring compliance with security policies and standards in line with the client-CBRE contract. This will include proactive management of national and International suppliers and supplier data; ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of both CBRE and the client. Role Summary:

  • Create and present an annual Category Plan (which will roll up into our EMEA Account Supply Chain Plan)

  • Manages the supplier/contractor certification process including review of requisite experience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements and other capabilities

  • Manage a compliance, performance and reporting governance framework using agreed service levels and key performance indicators

  • Ensure that security services providers (guarding, security control rooms and security systems) are compliant with Client policies and procedures

  • Conduct risk reviews and security audits at in scope sites

  • Develop and maintain a security governance framework at account level

  • Develop and deliver security training and awareness program for vendors aligned to contract requirements; In collaboration with the vendors, ensure all personnel are adequately trained and licensed

  • Support client and account Business Continuity and emergency procedures planning

  • In conjunction with the client develop, implement, and enhance manned guarding security processes and procedures

  • Using SME knowledge propose innovative and compelling security solutions that meet client security standards as an output

  • Lead cross functional teams to plan and undertake the sourcing of key services

  • Manage CBRE and Client stakeholder engagement and communications

  • Liaise with CBRE's central Supply Chain function and category SMEs; Conduct appropriate supply chain due diligence

  • Manage supplier registrations within CBRE's registration programme

  • Provide commercial /contractual support to the International Account

  • Comply with Supply Chain processes and procedures; Provide training to colleagues on the Supply Chain's Processes

  • Proactively maintain the International Supply Chain's process documentation

  • Assist with the standardisation\development of Global\International Supply Chain Templates/Processes

  • Undertake Supplier Performance Management activities of key suppliers

  • Maintain data accuracy of the supply chain; Contribute Supply Chain data to CBRE and client reports

  • Facilitate the Client's auditing of CBRE's supply chain

  • Contract Management including extensions, amendments, and terminations

  • Collate and contribute to the reporting of EMEA activities and savings

Candidate Description

  • Sourcing in a Facilities Management/Project service delivery environment

  • Conducting RFI/RFPs to procure Facilities goods and services

  • Knowledge of the security market, suppliers, processes; awareness of the facilities management industry

  • Drafting detailed scopes of services; Negotiating Ts&Cs and commercials; Drafting contracts (Ts&Cs, Scope of Services, Commercials, SLAs, KPIs)

  • Managing outsourced service providers against contractual obligations; Category management; Strategic planning and drafting Sourcing Plan

  • Producing relevant reports and presenting such to senior management and analysing multiple data sources and creating compelling plans of action

  • Computer literacy including MS Office suite of applications and Outlook
