To undertake the maintenance and repair to Fabrics, iron mongary, Fixtures and fittings. Supporting the supervisor and Shift engineers, in delivering reactive based tasks. Key Tasks: · Core hours 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch) unless overtime arrange for special events or extra works · Display competency and professional excellence in Fabric service delivery · Carry out event space setups, meeting rooms. · Assist Porterage with event space requirements, Furniture moves, office partition wall setups etc… as per client's requests for the events. · Ensure Fabric Supervisor is kept up to date with daily progress · Assist with Shift cover when required. · Availability on weekends with reactive works. · Monitor statutory certification for the buildings which are being attended. This includes checking and signing of the ATW, RAMS and CBRE dynamic risk assessment, all paperwork to be filed away in the associated sub-contractor logbook after works and this includes the Subcontractor check sheet. · Assist and monitor NEWS uk Sub contractor that come in for the events, Fabric support. · Complete Reactive jobs in a timely manner and complete on the WPA and FSI Go systems · Good communication with in the team and with the supervisor · Ensure that all business policies and processes within the Integrated Management System CBRE are effectively communicated and implemented within all contracts. · To carry out other duties when required under guidance of management. · All works to be undertaken in a diligent method ensuring health and safety is a priority · Support other engineer during periods of high demand and provide cover during periods of absence. · Well presented, polite and helpful to the client. · To actively identify and deal with porterage, Fabric jobs · handyman tasks that requires attention around the site. Objectives · Reactive job completion rates exceed contract SLA · Ensuring all events Fabric works achieved in the specified time frame · Extra Works completed in a professional capacity · Good Customer feedback. · Staff displaying the CBRE Behaviours. · Efficient well-presented. · Site all at CBRE standard.
