What will you be doing?
Separate to the general Resourcing team, the Executive Resourcing team manages recruitment of all E-band and SLT level vacancies cross-functionally in the UK business. Supporting the Executive Resourcing Manager, the researcher will source and attract senior candidates aligned to Vodafone UK talent needs, delivering high quality research and longlists of diverse and talented candidates as required. From initial identification to approaching and engaging with candidates, the researcher will play a significant role in ensuring the right individuals are brought to the table for confidential and non-confidential E-band level searches. The researcher will be expected to maintain strong commercial awareness and knowledge of relevant companies and/or industries. They will act as a positive ambassador of the Vodafone employer brand, using their knowledge to attract candidates in a competitive market.
Source attract and screen candidates for senior roles across all functions.
Build specific research and databases of candidates for talent pools.
Play a key role in the continuous improvement of executive resourcing practice and processes at Vodafone
Strong operational focus, combined with business acumen
Demonstrable, previous experience within Executive Search/Hiring
Motivated by delivering to agreed KPI's and deliverables.
Good awareness of the internal and external environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Curious mind-set and ability to employ lateral thinking
Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and/or CRM platforms preferred
