Are you an experienced Evaluations Project Support can develop plans, resolve issues, manage stakeholders, and provide excellent administration assistance? Then we want to hear from you! As Evaluations Project Support, you will: + Support delivery of the project development and outcomes, building capacity and the use of best practice in planning and reporting. + Challenge and test project assumptions to ensure that plans are realistic and achievable. Develop of breakdown structures, quality criteria, product descriptions and monitoring strategy. + Evaluate data and business analysis, using expertise to draw conclusions from the information + Support the programme and project manager to identify options to optimise delivery through resource smoothing, resource levelling and rescheduling of activities + Identify and plan for wider resource requirements for the programme and project + Ensure that stakeholder responsibilities and needs are understood and addressed in reporting arrangements + Monitor and analyse information, reporting progress, slippage and highlighting areas of risk and opportunity + Provide expert advice on planning processes throughout the lifecycle of the programme and project You'll have: + Strong experience in project analysis, project support or project assistant based role, supporting the development of projects. + Supporting the establishment of research interviews, assisting with the collation of information and the drawing of conclusion from the data analysis. + Confident in using project reporting tools, and able to accurately document project information and updates for reporting + Knowledge of working in interdepartmental government based roles, managing relationships with stakeholders and other government teams. + Management of team administration, co-ordination, and task planning It would be great to also have: + Previous Public Sector experience + BPSS Security Clearance If this sounds like you and you would be interested in being added to our talent pipeline, please click the link to apply and speak to one of our PSR team now.
