This role is to provide the technical/Estates input into the Facilities Management (FM) procurement process to replace the existing facilities management contract. As the Estate Manager/ Facilities Manager your main responsibilities would be: + Capture of requirements for FM services and performance. + Development of a requirements specification for services required. + Development of a suite of performance measurements required. + Working with stakeholders in the business and in the Change team (Estates Strategy & Transformation) to fully understand the wider impacts and account for them in the requirements. + Develop the tender documents (excluding Commercial documents). + Technical evaluation of tenders and dealing with clarification requirements. + Mobilisation of FM contract. You'll have relevant experience in: + Technical understanding of buildings and the legislation which affects them. + Previous experience of high value end-to-end Facilities Management procurement. + SC Clearance or able to pass SC Clearance
